Bronner's Wholesale Policies & Terms


Minimum Opening Order: $200.00

Your opening order establishes the discount level you will receive for the calendar year, unless re-orders are larger and qualify for a higher discount.

Minimum Reorder: $100.00


Minimum Quantities:

Minimums per item are based on the price of the item. Most items are a six (6) piece minimum.

Volume Discounts:

Discount for orders of $500-$999 wholesale: 5% Discount
Discount for orders of $1000 or more wholesale: 10% Discount

Early Buy Discount:

10% Discount on orders of $200 or more placed before July 1 each year.

Credit Card Payments:

A 1% prepayment discount is applicable to payments made by credit card. Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards are accepted.

Terms:

Payments are due prior to shipment unless prior authorization for terms of Net 30 days has been established. A credit application must be completed in full and submitted for consideration. Please call (1-877-874-6287) for an application.

Bronner's reserves the right to accept or deny credit based on Dun & Bradstreet credit information and credit reference information. Service charges of 1-1/2% per month are charged on overdue accounts. Past due charges may suspend credit sales.

Backorders:

All items not shipped are automatically backordered unless otherwise requested. Please include a cancel date on your order.

Shipments:

Orders are shipped United Parcel Service, F.O.B. Frankenmuth, Michigan unless otherwise specified. Please allow 10 working days for orders to be processed and shipped. Customer's credit card will be billed for shipping charges after shipment so that accurate charges are billed.

Returned or Cancelled Orders:

A 15% restocking charge will apply to cancelled, returned or refused orders. Authorization from Bronner's Wholesale Division is required prior to return of merchandise.

Claims:

All items are carefully packaged and leave our warehouse in A-1 condition. Any claims for shortage or damage must be reported at once. Call Bronner's Wholesale Division. They will advise if you should contact the carrier for inspection. Save all original cartons for inspection by carrier if inspection should be required.
